Maybe it's just education professionals on spring break.

Or don't be a biatch and tell your wife to take her honey-do list and cram it while you take a couple days off from work.

Why would a vasectomy watch a basketball tournament?

I've never even heard of basketball

I had the procedure over 20 years ago and this was an old story then.

I'm still waiting to find out how much work productivity is lost each year due to the tournament.  Do you think any new outlets will cover that?

So my boss will believe me if I tell her I have a vasectomy scheduled next week?

Wife works in urology, so I'm getting a kick.

/I hear this story every year.

Bull shiat thing is that my insurance would cover my wife's sterilization 100%. Mine is 50%. How this is legal is beyond me.

What if you don't have a penis to vasectomize? AND if you have a job that offers sick time, then you likely also have a job that offers vacation time? Just take the day off & enjoy it instead of hazily watching it through the haze of painkillers.

Are you seriously asking? Because I think I may have a nice, common sense answer. Because if she gets pregnant, she will suddenly become very expensive to the insurance company (this is why I can't get over the "debate" over whether insurance should cover birth control or not). And if YOU get pregnant, then it's a medical miracle & you get flown to the Vatican & everything & the Pope covers the costs & the insurance company is totally off the hook.

I love you DI.

Female sterilization is more expensive and poses greater risk than a similar end resulting surgery for males. In my case, my wife and I are in a committed relationship that whether one or the other was sterilized, we wouldn't get pregnant.

Just a gripe. I owe 452 dollars out of pocket to get ma balls snipped.

And the lady-fixing is FAR more invasive. I agree that they should be covered equally because that's how logic works, but insurance companies aren't that interested in logic. They're interested in all that dinero. So. Sorry bout yer balls & that the insurance had to kick 'em one more time for good measure. Super lame.
