Sorry, nothing beats anything Hershey here in the East. Coincidentally there is a Hershey's Ice Cream that is not related to the chocolate company,

hogans: I can't picture LA residents enjoying an ice cream.  I expect this to shut its doors faster than an NFL franchise there.

New England eats more ice cream per capita than any other Americans.  I'd put the museum there.

Hell, put it next door to the Ben & Jerry's office in Vermont.

Came here to say the exact same thing. Who the hell thought this was a good idea? If you're going to build it in the desert, you might as well put it in Las Vegas or someplace for the kitsch value.
