(Fark)   Found a bug in the classified ad code. Anything listed since 1/1/2 wasn't getting rotated in. All affected ads have been reset for seven additional days. Also, everyone buy classifieds, $10 cheap.   ( divider line

Can I sell 3Horn?
2002-01-05 04:21:23 PM
It's the first Y2k2 bug
2002-01-05 04:23:50 PM
Not until you grow breasts Ken.

2002-01-05 04:25:49 PM
Can I buy 3horn then let him donate the funds to Fark?
2002-01-05 04:26:10 PM
2 things.
1: What the hell does PSA stand for?
2: Why the hell does 3horn always put his name after his
posts, even though its written in red above it and we
know its him already? It's just irritating, really.

Everyone knows that 3horn is color-blind, and can't see his name in red. You are truly heartless to bring it up.

You destructicon's were never very bright.
2002-01-05 04:37:54 PM
it's not a bug, it's a feature!
2002-01-05 04:38:52 PM
Hey _, I just read your bio, and I have one question: What the fark?
2002-01-05 04:48:58 PM
How about a monthly or annual discount rate?
2002-01-05 05:10:33 PM
What the fark?

Gettysburg Address. It's how we learned it back when we were young.
2002-01-05 05:12:57 PM
Destructicon, it's just an old habit, kind of like adding a .sig to e-mails. People OBVIOUSLY know who sent them the e-mail, but they add a .sig anyway.

So far I think you're #2 out of almost 20,000 farkers who've said it bothers them. It may bother more people, they just don't feel like biatching about it I guess.

2002-01-05 05:24:13 PM
I'm just surprised how late fark started doing classifieds.
2002-01-05 05:24:33 PM
Doesn't bother me. Its a very common internet thing. Its like signing your name at the bottom of a letter. Why do that when the sender's name is on the envelope? :) 3horn is actually being very polite.
2002-01-05 05:25:34 PM
How much yer want 3horn?

2002-01-05 05:25:45 PM
3horn, I support you fully

2002-01-05 05:28:25 PM
Dunno Andophus, I thought about e-bay...How much did the little raver chick that Fark linked to get? Granted she had much more "service" potential than I do.

2002-01-05 05:32:26 PM
oh no, now EVERYONE's gonna start doing it!

2002-01-05 05:51:56 PM
The terrorists will surely be doing it, they may have won. That mystery guy on the tower photo thingy is certainly everywhere, and we know he was terroristically enhanced.

2002-01-05 05:51:57 PM
I'd pay 10 bucks not to buy 3Horn!

2002-01-05 05:52:51 PM
does it supprize anyone that 216 farkers have clicked the link?

not 3Horn
2002-01-05 05:53:18 PM
wow its up to 227 now

2002-01-05 06:10:38 PM
3Horn: AZ1(NAC)
2002-01-05 06:14:17 PM
Hrmm... Aircrew AZ?...VR? Your B&W of the aircrew chickie in the flight suit looks far too much like a girl that was in my squadron. Pierced nipple and all.

3Horn AW2 (NAC of course)/CIV
2002-01-05 06:16:41 PM

No worries, I was at VP-22 until we de-commed in '94, spent a couple years at 94 down in New Orleans. Whidbey huh? Thought that red-head's patch looked kinda' familiar, reminds me of VP-17.

Scott's a nice little base, I used to have a t-shirt from there with one of the AF's C-9s on it

2002-01-05 06:28:48 PM
ah... VP-22....shared a hanger with your det in Sigonella....they always had a better coffee mess....yeah...redheads....there were a few in the VR wing that I knew.....especially this one from Jax who moved to Whidbey......mmmmmm
2002-01-05 06:33:32 PM
Hehe, that was probably -21, they flew out of Brunswick I think, we were WestPac.

So were you on C-9s? I caught a hop from Dallas to NOLA on one of the G-4s when they first got 'em, nice birds, leather seats, a couple coffee makers & microwavess. Tough life those guys had...

2002-01-05 06:38:52 PM
ah....Misawa I think....Atsugi ? Been at both. Now the VR's have C-40 Stratoclams (Ft Worth).....nice bird

[image from too old to be available]
2002-01-05 06:49:17 PM
Probably Misawa, I spent a week at Atsugi though, dreary place.

Man those are nice. I'm sure the pilots love those things, the guys that fly for Southwest probably feel right at home

2002-01-05 06:53:16 PM
I don't find 3horn's thing annoying. What I do find annoying is the one, I can't remember who, when he/she refers to someone else's post, always puts a link to that person's profile page in, as well, even though that person's profile page can be obtained simply by clicking on said person's name in their post.

not 3horn, either

I'm Greek
2002-01-05 06:56:31 PM
i stopped h-linking my site 'cause it was it crashed my site once....hehehehe
2002-01-05 06:59:18 PM
3horn: A lot of our pilots are SW pilots.....i've flown with them on there pacific runs.....back in the day when a passenger could hang in the cockpit when he knew the pilot....*sigh*
2002-01-05 09:39:59 PM
why doesn't fark list the banner ad rates.....
2002-01-05 10:38:11 PM
Duh. For E-Mail it's understandable, almost expected. But thats still kinda blah if its like 2 word comment or something stupid like that.
But, just for the hell of it:

(ironic because I brought this up)
