This is how you stop spending so much money on "first responder teams" just standing by waiting for fires to stomp out. If you can keep things covered by running 5 teams ragged instead of having 10 teams doing the work, but having some down time to recover.

It's all about the money folks.

It all looks  slick, but the first thing to go in a disaster is bandwidth.
Could possibly be used to re-route responders if data stream was available and real-time.
Nice tool for Universities to examine post event.
