I'd post a pic I have...but I've exceeded my bandwidth since 49,000 people looked at my Mel/Britney Photoshopped pic last week. D'oh.

2004-04-18 02:33:56 AM
I'd hit it... Paige anyway.

Well, as long as it wasn't Hildy, Dark Princess of the Sith doing the decorating...though I guess a skull would be right up her alley...

Paige Davis? knowing absolutely nothing about this human, I can only hope she's a Goth Martha Stewart.

Hmmm, 1001 ways to use Human Blood in a formal dinner.

Maybe it's Geronimo's. That would take the heat off Yale's order of skull and bones

This reminds me of a book I once read about a kid who finds the skull of an Indian on a camping trip. He does some research and finds out he was a young brave who was executed by American soldiers. He develops a spirtual connection with the skull and returns it to its proper burial site. The book was by Gary Paulson but the title slips my mind.

/don't know why I'm sharing this with you

I'd like to make nice with Paige Davis's "centerpiece".

"Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio: a fellow
of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: he hath
borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how
abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at
it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know
not how oft. Where be your gibes now? your
gambols? your songs? your flashes of merriment,
that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one
now, to mock your own grinning? quite chap-fallen?
Now get you to my lady's chamber, and tell her, let
her paint an inch thick, to this favour she must
come; make her laugh at that.

It's even better when you watch Trading Spaces in HDTV on a 50" flat screen. Mmmmm... super size Paige.

Another Paige pic...

Mmm... Paige makes Trading Spaces worth watching. Her, and Amy-Wynn. Deeeee-lish.

2004-04-18 02:53:08 AM
I watch it for Vern, my Love God of Interior Design. Mmm.

2004-04-18 02:58:03 AM
Genevieve Gorder along with paige is the only reason to watch that show. Genevieve's rack is unreal and she seems like someone who would be down for a nice farking.

Amy-wynn >> paige davis. In other news, since Paige got married, her new last name is page.

Umm, yes officer, that skull you found under my house is at least 400 years old, my ex-wife has only been missing for three...

2004-04-18 03:04:44 AM
I went looking for a good picture of Paige, but I don't think I can improve on Bung's second pic, so let me just add:

I'd renovate it!

Paige is her middle name, her first name is Mindy. So if you wanna get real technical, she's Mindy Paige Page.

I... don't... know... why... or... how... I... know... this...

2004-04-18 03:20:27 AM
Wow! A historic house. Look what else they found...

"Go freedom train, go!"

2004-04-18 03:34:19 AM
Actually it's Mindy Paige Davis Page.

And she is the only thing that makes the show enjoyable. She has to be soo perky with some of those homeowners and designers who all can be nightmares.

Now, what if each designer had the skull:
Frank - Paints a farm scene on it
Rick - Paints it gaudy blue and sticks it in the middle of someone's dining room
Christie - Sands it and "antiques" it
Barry - probably bored it to death with his voice
Laurie - Paints it in a Gaugan Motif and teaches it to say Y'all
Gen - Something funky in her bare feet
Edward - Glues hair on it, shellacks it back into a pony tail
Hildy - smashes it into pieces and liquid nails it up
Doug - Paints it black, installs a light in it and replaces a ceiling fan with it
Kia - researches some ancient East Indian tradition from it and then hangs it from the ceiling
Vern - finds some way to Fung Shei it into the room

"I don't want the thing, man," he said. "That would be pretty rude."

Can I have it then?

One of my friends once asked me why I watch Trading Spaces with my wife. My one word answer was "Paige".

The chick who hosted the show before Paige was hotter. Plus, the guy Paige married looks exactly like David Gest.

There was a chick that hosted Trading Spaces before Paige? AND she is hotter than Paige? I must see a pic of this goddess!

YOu can almost hear the disappointment in the reporters voice that this will not become a major legal battle. "THis would almost certainly become a major legal case of tribal anscestry vs. pricate property rightsif only all parties would cooperate and litigate the hell out of it! Damnit, I want that Pullitzer!"

Alex Mcleod was the host before Paige Davis. She was cuter than paige, but oh so boring.

That's nothing, an electrician in my town found a severed head hidden behind a panel in an attic he was rewiring. The head was dated to around the 1920's and it turned out that during Prohibition the owners of the house were heavily involved with liquor smuggling. They never figured out whom it belonged to.

I'm so disappointed with all you farkers. Nobody's said how THEY'D like to find a little head...moohahahaha

old news . . . but on topic!!
===============================
TV Guide considers Paige Davis 'Trading Spaces' controversy overblown, but opts to limit distribution of "racy" cover

Following up on our story from a couple of days ago where we reported that The Learning Channel was upset with "Trading Spaces" host Paige Davis' decision to pose for a "racy" TV Guide cover [ below ] and her agent was reported to have told the magazine that Davis' job might be on the line over the cover, Sara Fiedelholtz of The Chicago Sun-Times reports that TV Guide still believes the issue has been overblown, but has opted to only distribute the racier edition of the cover in the Los Angeles, California area.

Mike Lafavore, editor-in-chief of TV Guide, told the Sun-Times that the alternate cover, which features Davis wearing nothing but wallpaper, "kind of freaked out" TLC executives, however "it is not my job to censor our covers." "This is an issue between Paige and the Learning Channel" adds Lafavore, "I really never understood what the big deal was. I saw the shots and they didn't shock me too much."

Lafavore says the magazine did initially opt to go with the racier cover, but changed their decision after other TV Guide editors questioned whether Davis fans would recognize the normally reserved Davis posing in such a different look. "She is very sexy in these shots. She is a bit out of context. We weren't sure which way to go. I liked the sexier shot, but we decided to try both," says Lafavore.

As far as the idea that the cover might violate the "no nudity" clause in Davis' contract, Lafavore isn't buying it. "I didn't know but I'm told that Davis has a no-nudity clause in her contract. I laughed. She is showing more skin then she does in 'Trading Spaces,' but she's not nude," says Lafavore. "I'm really surprised by the controversy. It was clear she [Davis] was having a great time at the shoot and the pictures reflect that. But, I guess the Learning Channel is very conservative. You would have to be very conservative to think these photos violate a no-nudity clause."

Agree with above ... the biggest reason I watch Trading Spaces is the host(ess). And Amy Wynn is a nice bonus. Also, there's a REALLY hot girl on In A Fix, I think her name is Jenny.

I've got $1000... Can I get Amy Wynn, Paige Daveis and Genevieve Gorder together?

2004-04-19 01:43:37 PM
I think Alex Mcleod is cuter than Paige Davis... but that Paige is still *very* cute.

However, she's absolutely hideous on that TV Guide cover... that seems like reason enough to fire her to me. "It's not the cover, dear, it's how ugly you looked on the cover..."
