Sidenote: I read 'onlookers' as 'hookers' and wondered why hookers would be calling the police in offense.

when I lived in Toronto, I went on a night photography walk in the business district, where all the big skyscrapers are, to find interesting urban scenery.

in that part of the downtown core (at least back then) you hardly met anyone, except for the occasional security guard having a cigarette outside.

so I'm walking around when I hear some noise of grunts and rustling cardboard... I turn the corner around a building and I see this refrigerator-sized cardboard box rustling in place, with grunts of sex coming from inside.

my curiosity didnt extend past this view, so I turned around and continued looking for more interesting pictures.
