For some reason, I think the statute would have expired by now... or maybe the laws were less stringent back in those days (especially in Kah-lee-fornia). I read a story of a 29-year-old guy who was successfully sued for child support of a 15-year-old that he claims was conceived when a 30-year-old (at the time) woman "raped" him.
