(The Wrap)   Some wonder if Reese Witherspoon doesn't still seem a little too wholesome while shooting heroin into her ankle and saying the F-word almost every other line   (thewrap.com) divider line 44

You have no idea how disappointed I was to hear the movie has nothing to do with either the super hero or lawyer...

I so wanted the headline to be about Reese IRL. I'm a bad person.

Of course, being too lazy to bother with proofreading your own piece after dictating it to questionable tech like speech-to-text isn't a ringing endorsement of the writer's journalistic integrity, either.

I don't know if you have noticed this, but most people 'writing' on the internet are just shiat-flinging words at the screen till it reaches X length, then submitting. Most of these people get paid by the article/word, rather than being on retainer/staff, and there's no such thing as an editor any more, so it just has to pass a 'does it sound right in 10 seconds? go/no' test.

I mean, the biggest draws are baited clicking headline websites like Huf-Po, or Buzzfeed 50 pages for a 3 picture 5 word article, etc.

Maybe it's just a very very hard row to hoe, about as hard as a road. Yes. I think that's it. The writer is fiendishly clever.

I'm using a hoe (and a sledge, and a mattock, and a tamp bar) to pry up my crappy, crumbly, oil-stained asphalt driveway this morning. Seems legit.

There's a reason Kevin Smith and friends call her "Greasy Reese"... She's apparently quite nasty. He tells a good story about how she was a total c u next tuesday to Smith's wife.
