What are those little winglet type things under the wings that seem to be attached to the ailerons?

I'm going to guess vibration reducers but that is nothing but a guess.

There were at least three different aircraft in that video.  It was very distracting.

I'm going to guess that they help the ailerons return to "neutral" if the pilot has to release the controls for an out of control condition. Don't know squat about that plane though.

I've flown one of those Extra 300 planes. Crazy machine for doing aerobatic flying. The response to controls is instantaneous.

Your guess is much better. Makes more sense.

My least favorite video makers in the world, GoPro and RedBull, have finally teamed up to create a vortex of crappy cut shots that manage to destroy an otherwise good idea.

They are called spades. Basically power steering. They reduce the amount of pressure needed by thr pilot to deflect the aileron.

It's rather sad when a soda company has a more exciting aerospace program than most nations.

Obviously fake.  The propeller wasn't even moving half the time.
