Fairly amusing. JCVD's second career of self-caricature is just one more reason why he's a 1000X cooler than his sanctimonius compatriot Steven Seagal.

You should see Timesport and Bloodcop!

Wasn't that a Rob Liefield team-up in the late 90's?

Ya know what? Van Damme would have made a good live action Liefeld character.

JCVD seems like a cool guy. There's money to be made in parodying the excesses of the 80's. Look at Steel Panther.

He was the best part of Expendables 2.

FWIW agreed on JCVD vs Seagal. Uh, when did he have time to become this full time cop while he was still making movies? Also didn't the Mafia fund a bunch of his direct to video releases after Hollywood stopped calling?

The mafia's been part of the movie business as long as there's been a movie business. Saw a documentary on the Friday the 13th movies, where the filmmakers would only refer to the financiers as "the guys from Boston" in the same tones that Henry Hill described his "Pittsburgh people."

And he's a shill for Putin, too.

Playboy (if you actually read the articles) has a piece up about it on their website and in this month's issue.

I'll give it to the writers of TFA... Somebody finally used the word "mullet" correctly. Farking annoying to see any type of long hair(Even women, sometimes) called a "mullet".

Thinking about it, I'd read a comicbook about Lionboxer and Kickheart too.

This month in eXtream Attitude Warriors: Lionboxer, Kickheart, Bloodcop and Timesport fight the evil Lord Death'ell as he tries to conquer southern California with his army of Gore Ninjas!  One of these characters will DIE!

And check out the premium holographic foil cover!

Eric Cartman: [the boys are in the movie aisle] Dude, check it out! Time Cop on DVD. Three copies for eighteen bucks!
Kyle Broflovski: Why the hell would you want three copies of the same movie?
Eric Cartman: Because one copy is nine ninety-eight! But this way you save like twenty bucks!
Kyle Broflovski: You only need one copy, r-tard!
Eric Cartman: Okay, fine, dumbass, *YOU* go ahead and buy one copy for nine ninety-eight!
Kyle Broflovski: Okay, fine, I *will*!
[grabs a copy]
Kyle Broflovski: Huh, wait a minute! I don't even want *ONE* copy of Time Cop!
[puts it back]

There are two reasons I'd claim to own Timecop.

Mia Sara, and that woman who's buck-naked in the VR machine.

Can we have a redux of Street Fighter?  Soup it up with cheesy special effects and a gratuitous lesbian shower scene with Cammy and Chun-Li (I don't know how old that Sailor Moon reject Sakura is so I am leaving her out)

Actually, he did some really good acting in 'JCVD' as well. Underrated film.

De nada! It's one part action film, one part kinda sorta mockumentary mixed some drama.

With a nice fourth-wall breaking monologue about his disappointing career.
