Beer flavored Coke? They have to do something. Since they ran out of saskra root, and their flagship product started tasting like ass, sales are down. Read more about that.

Diogenes beat me to it, but s/he is right.

I have a Chinese friend that's done after half a Corona light. It's quite amusing.

I call "bullshiat". No such species is listed in any botanical index, nor is it recognized by the International Association for Plant Taxonomy. Please provide a proper reference that this alleged "Saskra fortissima" ever existed in the first place. Indeed, not even the genus "Saskra" is listed. I have checked the major scientific indeces, as well, and none of them have a single article that mentions this plant.

Likewise, the moronic piece of shiat on that "Uncoveror" site ignores the fact that there is a small legal coca crop that DOES have extracts that go into coca-cola. A single factory in the USA is authorized (under very strict supervision) to make an essentially cocaine-free extract from the leaves for use as a flavoring.

Screw this. I want them to make alcoholic beer that tastes like coke, so that I can get my caffeine buzz as well as a beer buzz.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeee late drunken code marathons!

We have that shiat over here in the U.K. It is called Supermalt and is farkin' nasty as I'll get out. What they need is to get the taste of Worchester sauce in a soda... Ahhhh! Steak!

Hmm.. a drink that tastes like beer but has almost no alcohol. I don't get it.

As bad as that sounds, I have direct experience with something far, far worse. One fine day (in Risley) we had a "Worst Alcohol Ever" party. There were many truly vile entries. Just when it looked like "Watermelon Schnapps" would run away with 1st place, someone opened a bottle called "Old Breed," which labelled itself as a "Beer-Flavoured Liquer." It was, essentially, distilled beer.

It was awful.

The schnapps had offended probably about two-thirds of the tasters. "Old Breed" made everybody but one gag. He liked it so much, he rescued the mostly full bottle from the garbage.
