That was a great Bob Seger tune.

I was alive in 1985.  I wasn't a big Commodores fan.

The Commodores were the first arena concert I ever went to.  It was freaking incredible, everyone was dancing.  The band's showmanship was incredible and they sounded just as good as the records if not better.  Lionel Richie debuted his white grand piano on a pedestal serenading the ladies bit.  When they played Brick House I went absolutely berserk.  I was a very excitable child, I probably should have eased myself into it with something a little less incredible.
