Insufficient strength, inability to think things through, and in the last example, not understanding what a bucket even IS (either that or he's a giant wuss... maybe both).

Because most people are idiots.

It's amazing what passes for amusement these days. First there was the lameness that was/is (is it even still a thing?!) "vine", now this?

Some of those were actually funny I thought, but I'm not sure.  I might just be stoned to the gills right now.

But I do want to go on a rant about "WorldWideWeb Original"  Bullshiat.  They're not original.  They don't produce ANYTHING original.  They scour the web for videos and compile them into small segments, usually putting annoying music over them.  I'm guessing they aren't even paying copyright fees for whatever song they pick out.  Whenever I watch anything compiled by them I try really hard to turn it off before their annoying "Hope you liked it" that they put at the end.

How can they fall for such a stupid fad?

Saborlas: Insufficient strength,

It's not just the whales, it's the water!

Pointless activities, ineptly performed and proudly showcased.  This is exactly what the internet was invented for!

/would watch again

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but I could literally produce shiat just like those assholes if I wanted to scrub YouTube and LiveLeak all day long.

You grab a video here and there, you string them together, you take whatever song happens to be playing on the radio at the moment and you put that as the audio track.

I agree with the guy who was livestreaming a protest last week.  He said you can use my video all you want, but if you're going to make money off of it, you'd better pay me.

i.ytimg.com

If you have one bucket that contains 2 gallons and another bucket that contains 7 gallons, how many buckets do you have?

probability

Almost all of them were vertical videos.  Why the fark is it so hard for people to film shiat in the proper orientation?

You missed lack of balance in that one. This was pretty good. You knew that girl in the tub was going down.

Ice bucket related deaths should surpass the number of ALS victims any day now.

Booze.  I'm guessing booze.

I'll give the younger kids a pass, but it's simple math folks.  8lb per gallon of water, 7.36lb per gallon of ice.  If you have a 5 gallon bucket of ice water at a 50% mix, you have 38.4 pound plus the container you will have to control over your or another persons head.  If you can barely lift 40 lbs. over your head when it does not acquire its own sloshing inertia, you will not do any better if it is ice water and you will lose control over it.

It's even easier with the superior metric system:

1 litre of water = 1kg.

Iplaybass: 1 litre of water = 1kg.

That may be true but a lot of people have a good mental picture of a pound in the ol' US.  Kilo less so.  It will come, but slowly.
