I am not Sybarite. My name is Ryan; I inherited the account from the previous Sybarite, just as you will inherit it from me. The man I inherited it from is not the real Sybarite either. His name was Cummerbund. The real Sybarite has been retired 15 years and living like a king in Patagonia.

Often, the user agreements for websites and other digital services stipulate that no person other than the user is entitled to access his or her accounts," the site states.

Often, the user agreements for websites and other digital services say if you bring a dispute to any forum other than the Superior Court of Santa Clara County under California law, they can dismember you and feed the remnants to their pet shark.

I was just having a discussion today about how I wish I could have gotten my dad's ancestry.com account after he passed.

Does this sidestep Apple licenses so that I can inherit my dad's iTunes purchases?

I wonder what happens to your Facebook account if nobody signs in for 100 years? Other than all your friends dying.

They've been working on that interchange for most of the last 12 years.  First for a drug company, then again because they still had the traffic patterns screwed up.

It is all a part of the wonderfully corrupt DELDOT's payoff scheme.

fark that. When I die, I want all my accounts deleted, especially my "storage" accounts (Gmail, Facebook, Flickr...).

Except that is against the terms of service for all social media networks.  Transfer of user login information to third parties is prohibited.  So how exactly does DE expect this to work?

No. Your dad purchased a license to the music. He does not actually own it so when he dies the license expires.

141 getting done is nothing short of parting the red sea.

I'm glad they're looking at these issues, at least.

A friend of mine recently committed suicide because his whore wife wouldn't sign the divorce papers, instead taking great pleasure in making his life (and his family members' lives) miserable.  After his death, his family requested Facebook turn his page into a memorial page for friends to leave messages, and they did.  Until his whore wife trumped them by asking Facebook to delete his page, and they did, because Facebook puts "wife" status over all other family members.

That was only finished so as to speed people on their way to the Newport cop's 141 speed traps.

In the game of Law, Terms of Use Agreement and Pirate we get the following winning combinations: Law wins from ToU, Law wins from Pirate and Pirate wins from ToU. In other words, it is a very unbalanced game and you shouldn't put too much stock in ToU agreements.

Hell really does hath no fury. I'm sorry to hear that. He must have known it is possible to divorce without her consent, just more difficult, and he didn't have the energy. He probably (correctly) expected she would have ruined him financially, too.

I know the feeling from my divorce, the way she can wear you down... hen-pecking to the point of cruelty. Fortunately she hated my guts (for being so stupid and incompetent at everything, I must surely be doing it to spite her) and wanted to be away just as much as I did.

In all seriousness, a responsive legislature is one of the few virtues of a small state like Delaware.
