My tomatoes are not withered.  But this was a month ago.  The corn is 9 foot tall  now (and all the ears are harvested and processed).

Yes, Ryoan-ji is nice, but with that many zen gardens in Kyoto (and pretty much all over Japan), it didn't really stand out.

Only four comments? I guess everybody else is either outside gardening or using the internet and therefore don't know what a garden is.
