Dammit. I meant to go to Saks and buy a new shantung silk tie and pocket square for my sister's wedding but I was confused so I went to Snaks and bought a chew toy and Alpo. I need lawyers to make this right for me immediately!

Saks, owned by Hudson's Bay Co, sent a cease and desist letter to the website late last month demanding that it change its name by the end of Wednesday, according to its proprietor, Carrie Sarabella. It claims the moniker infringes on the Saks Fifth Avenue brand.

Hold on, not THE Hudson's Bay Company, like in the history book?   *google*,   Well i'll be....wow coirporations really ARE immortal.  Is the East India Tea Company still in operation too?

Yep, it's that one. Over 300 years old and the oldest continously operated company in North America. That gets mentioned a lot in the new hire process.
