Speaking in Seoul later Thursday, Pope Francis said that peace could only be brought to the divided Korean peninsula through dialogue, not "displays of force".

Oh worst Korea could display some force and easily reunite the peninsula.  They just don't want to suffer the cost, and reconstruction of the economic black hole that is best Korea would be long and frightfully expensive.
