Seems right to me. We all have a 'body' that is pretty generic, but there is no need to annoy people with foul language.

Ocean City has always been a party town. It has bars named "Big Pecker's" and "The Brass Balls Saloon". It may be "family friendly" during the day, but at night forget about it. Drunks everywhere.

Parents Moms Complain About Woman Pole Dancing In Ocean City

fixed, in all likelihood

2014-08-14 09:57:07 AM
Put her in a stage in a Cirque du Soleil show, and the same people that complains would be the ones applauding.

Seriously, it's a show that requires some amount of strength and skills, and a fair amount of acrobatics.

Is this one of those things where insecure housewives complain about other women?

2014-08-14 10:01:03 AM
She's wearing the same outfit most women wear on the beach all day.  She's dancing.  She's doing gymnastics on a pole.  Each of these things individually is legal.  Case closed.

Been going to Ocean City since I was born in 1966. Everyone knows Ocean City is a party town. If you want a more peaceful beach experience you go north to Bethany or Rehobeth. Anyone going to Ocean City knows what they are going to get. A non-tasteful over the top in your face all American experience. Thrasher's french fries and Dumser's milkshakes are a very tasteful combination though. Boardwalk fries ripped off Thrasher's in case you didn't know. Look it up. Just a tiny part of the line for Thrasher's french fries in the summer:

No Bearded Clam pics??

Love OC - and like Walker I've been going there since '66. Lived there for about a year & a half back in the late 80s. What a colossal waste of time...not one single regret. Well, except that one party on 86th street. <shudders>

Want a quiet beach? Go to the outer banks. Just don't move here - we're all filed up.

I'm quite sure the cops know just who she is. She hasn't broken any laws-except, perhaps, defying gravity with some moves on the pole. If anything, let it alone, it'll either go away-performance artists thrive on any kind of attention they can get-positive or negative-but ignoring them-they hate it. Also, why not have another pole dancer nearby? Make it a competition, they'll really go nuts. Splitting attention of the crowd could be interesting. Or, bring in revenue with some sort of national pole dancing competition.
Yeah, it's probably the Moms complaining, while the kid's eyes are buggin' out on what's on display as she's spiraling on the pole. Then again, given the amount of flesh/skin exposed by the thousands of beached whales (humans, that is) on the sandy shores of Ocean City, MD, like what haven't their precious snowflakes not seen???

Can't believe Boardwalk fries admit to ripping them off right on their own webpage:

In the summer of 1980, while strolling along the Boardwalk of Ocean City, Maryland, enjoying the sights and smells of the ocean, brothers David and Fran DiFerdinando imagined a business that they couldn't resist. Together, they founded Boardwalk Fries® - today the only major French fry brand in the United States.

Over the past decades, Boardwalk Fries® has expanded with locations now in major malls, arenas and stadiums, amusement parks, universities, and at special local events.

When I'm sitting at a table or a bench on the boardwalk eating them, I'm surrounded by seagulls at my feet and other places just waiting for me to drop one. I sometimes think they love Thrasher's fries more than people do, especially since they don't have to pay for them.

So they can blatantly ignore the part about free speech in the first amendment by abridging it to disallow cursing; but they can take that same principle to apply it to some chick gyrating on a pole. Sounds reasonable.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that should be banned; but the freedom to curse certainly shouldn't be abridged...it's verbatim what the first amendment is designed to protect -- actual farking speech.

Also, Ocean City is full of white trash. If you go there, you should pretty much expect that. You want a family friendly beach in that area, head to Bethany.
