As part of the deal, the Biebs will have to attend a 12-hour anger-management course - private classes, because anything else would morph into a media-and-fan frenzy that would be distracting to other participants.

He'll also have to view online videos that depict the stories of real-life, tragic DUI cases. The singer will also pay court fines and has agreed to a $50,000 charitable donation...

Just like they offer every other DUI offender.  Totally legit.

When he was stopped by police, Bieber unleashed a barrage of f-words, police said.

According to Beach cops, the pop star admitted to smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication, and a urine analysis showed he tested positive for marijuana and Xanax.

But the evidence against him was never overwhelming - in police surveillance videos, he did not appear staggeringly intoxicated, and his blood-alcohol level was well below the legal limit.

Most people get dinged alot harder for even less.

Farking bullshiat.

Of course they will.  Meanwhile people that have 2 beers have their lives ruined and cops continue to drive completely wasted.

Look man, you gotta be careful how you handle terrorists. Their followers are fanatics to the point of suicide. I was in Philly in 2006, a security guard bumped in The Bieber with his elbow. He apologized immediately and profusely, but Bieber did not give his explicit pardon. The guard was 6'3", former boxer and MMA fighter, but he was attacked by over 200 screeching preteen girls. That terrifying howl of fury that is only heard from a young girl in the gripping fever of a boycrush. I had to leave when his screams became muffled gurgles.

It's probably better he died at their hands.  There's no coming back from an experience like that.  I'd surprised if you didn't need counseling yourself!

You mean the legal system.  There rarely is justice anymore.  At least not in courts.

Isn't the Bieb more yank than nuck when you consider all the aftermarket parts (ie. tats, peck-implants, Axe spray, ass-droopers)?
Sorry 'merikuh - you donked it, you bought it.

Exactly.  He was underage.  His BAC should be 0.0   He was drinking.  For anyone else, that alone could be losing your license until you are of legal age to drink.

In DC they can nail you for a DUI for having a .01. There was a fark story a few years back IIRC about a woman that had a glass of wine with dinner made a right turn on red (a big no no in DC) and got popped for a DUI with a .01.

Biebs should be cleaning vomit out of the back of cop cars.

Send him to Philadelphia and make him pick up trash with a bunch of JDs that can volunteer to do community service with him from the local general population of usual suspects.

Let him be the thug that he his.
He'll be in his element.

One week on hot pavement with a black plastic trash bag in one hand and holding his pants up with the other.

If you know what I mean.

He's Canadian, I'm sure he said 'sorry' a couple dozen times and that makes it all better right?

I say they deport the talent-deprived, snot-nosed, shiat-talking, sizzurp-slurping, prison-tat-wearing, Selena Gomez-defiling little biatch already.

Can we add summary execution as a rider on the deal. For second offense of course.

We should fear him getting a DUI as that would prevent him from entering Canada (rules might be different if you are an actual Canadian citizen)

But let's not take that chance

I have a close relative who just recently got a PBJ for a first offense so I have to agree with you this sentence is way out of line. $50.000? WTF?

What is the BAC limit for someone under 21 in Florida?

Found it, .02%.

Instead of doing all of that, have Bieber surrender his US visa, deport himself back to Canada and agree to never return to the US.

I know something minor like this would never lead to it, but can you imagine if that little beeatch ever got sentenced to a prison term? He'd go from tight end to wide receiver in under 60 seconds.

I've just read that actor Orlando Bloom punched Justin Bieber last night, during an argument at a nightclub in Spain. Orlando complained that his hand was pretty sore today. Apparently the entire nightclub had queued up to high-five him.

If he did get a DUI and had to serve time... We could of deported him to Canada and get rid of him. And the Canadians could of sent him to some remote location to be studied by top men..... TOP MEN!

Canada cannot deny a Canadian citizen entry (It's a right guaranteed in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms). However, the US could deny him entry back into the US as he would have a criminal record.
