I pay my $5. It's in the contract that I don't have to be useful or contribute in a meaningful way.

I'm like the Mit Romney or farkers.

Hey look, the exact video I posted in the other thread.  It's cool, I don't even submit.

It's barely even a thread yet.  What smaller than a thread?

I'd like to see the video of the after-party. All my favorite stars from ABC TV doing lines off hooker butts.

Gotta love the wiping of the nose after the line of coke in the dressing room.

Me also not leaving a comment as a bookmark but actually leaving it to BE a bookmark?

That good but it's not Williams at the Met good.

And the time that Robin was on Dennis Miller's HBO show. The jokes were so fast you had to watch a few times just to hear them all.

How would you feel if I was to tell a story that had absolutely nothing to do with Robin Williams but it was a long story with all of the elements of the classic short story?

Turns out ol Robbie was diagnosed with Parkinson's.  Makes a bit more sense now.  Personally, I would have waited for symptoms.

Back when HBO actually ran movies worth watching (ie, Not "Beetlejuice" and every "Police Academy" movie non-farking-stop).

Thanks for greenlighting this submission. The youtube video was not my copy.
I had made a special trip to my home town, in 78, to record this to both beta and VHS.
It's the only place that had HBO I could access.
I knew Robin was special so I made 2 copies.
I'd have people over to watch Robin and my place became a party house with this playing.
It was so good my VHS copy was stolen.
Later my BETA broke and I could no longer watch 'live at the Roxy'

At the time I had no idea who John Ritter was or what he looked like.
He did seem very adept at dealing with Robin.
Reviewing John's history showed only a hand full of movies and a bunch of 1-2 episodes of TV series.
Remembering Robin I thought someone must have put 'Roxy' up on the net, somewhere.
Searched & found it.

To paraphrase Jack Black, the way Robin Williams could manically throw out joke after joke was simply amazing. Not funny mind you, but simply amazing.

I did also, although I didn't realize it when I began watching this here. There were certain sequences where I could say the next line before Robin said it.  It was like a distant déjà vu from my teenage self. Much better routine than the other show posted yesterday.

Hilarious! I wish I could've hung around with Robin back in the day, before he hung around his house a couple of days ago.
