I would have to believe that if you find a Canadiens ring in the water, it was a result of diving not fishing.

Well given that roughly 50% of NHL players are Canadian, I think it's safe to say that there quite a few Canadians who are not baffled by this at all ;)

If that's the case, I expect Montreal will treat them better than Tampa has. Too many transplants from NY in Tampa.

Dick Vitale won't be too happy though, but maybe that's a good thing?
