With all the other chemicals and drugs in our water I'm amazed fish aren't indestructible by now.

Makes sense. Fish that are stressed get sick easily.

As subby points out, they mentioned you're fine in the predator-free environment they tested in. What about the predator-heavy sushi joint that is the real ocean? Does it make the preds slackadaisical too? Maybe it all evens out.
