Despite the similarities of being dressed in a skin-tight suit of burrs, drinking whiskey constantly, and having a roughly similar name I was not actually involved in this incident. Pure coincidence.

So are the burrs attached to some kind of skintight clothing, or are they fastened to his skin directly? Enquiring minds want to know.

No, no, Shenanigans is in County Cork, Ireland. Or a badly named nightclub in any number of U.S. Cities.

I have a friend who plays that song whenever he gets really drunk/high. I cannot imagine what the significance is.  Ok Charos not this time! Not a horrible tune though.

That's unfortunately true, but at least their mortars can't reach Israel from there.

This year's Burryman, Andrew Taylor, saw one of the burrs become lodged in his eye and he had to endure four hours in A&E.

Good God Almighty!  That's mental torture.  No one should have to watch that channel for so long.

It's fun. I was wandering around London one afternoon during a visit and stumbled across a harvest festival with a guy dressed as a tree (the Green Man). Another time it turned out to be St. George's Day and people were roaming around the pubs dressed like dragons and knights. I think they enjoy playing dress-up and have lots of little holidays.

If you visit, walk around the Borough Market area in London. It seems to be a good place to find random events.
