"It's the last thing on my mind," he says, twice.

So what you're saying is it's definitely on your mind.

Of course, when the Braves do it, that's fine.

Yet another "unwritten rule"???

What ever happened to "there's no crying in baseball"?

What a bunch of whiny pussies.  Play the farking game and stop worrying about whether the other team respects you enough.

Teams - stop putting your dumbass logos in the field of play and expecting people not to touch them.

The logos are there for marketing on TV, theyr'e not sacred.

I love it.  Fark Atlanta.  And their farking dirt too (really, who cares?  Do they yell when it rains, too?).

ElwoodCuse: The Braves and the Diamondbacks are the two worst offenders of being whiny crybabies

This.  Sometime in the last year or two these 2 teams have started "enforcing" the unwritten rules of the game as they understand it... and have become huge douchebags in the process.

2014-08-11 02:02:01 PM
Hopefully, when the Nats clinch the NL East, they'll be in Atlanta so that Bryce Harper can do that "Curly from the Three Stooges running in circles on the ground" thing all over the A behind home plate for a good fifteen minutes or so.

Then he can fly to Phoenix, and he and Yasiel Puig can flip bats at each other while playing chicken in the Diamondbacks' pool.

Well they did snap the 8 game losing streak against them but did lose the rain game even after good pitching.

That said Bryce is just letting it get to him he can't beat the braves, he needs to let it go or he will never shake it but then I wouldn't care except for it being a waste of talent.

It is amazing what lengths people will go to make baseball interesting.  They fail there as well.

Yeah good luck. The Braves are currently 29th in the league in FaCFAR (Fainting Couches Fetched Above Replacement).

Steelers fans, not Pittsburgh fans in general.

Wow.  You only need twice the metro-area population to outdraw the Pirates by less than 500 fans per game.  Well done.

There would be more Braves fans, but they've got all of these THUGS down at the stadium.  I went to the game once and there were all of these THUGS everywhere and they were saying things like "Would you like extra mustard on that hot dog" and "Can I take your ticket, sir."  They were such scary THUGS.  They've even got some of them on the team.

At least there isn't a bridge. Baseball fans in certain areas of Florida sssure me that there is NOTHING more terrifyign than a bridge.

Braves are almost as bad as the Cardinals with the "unwritten rules"

As long as they keep doing the Tomahawk Chop, they have no ground to stand on when it comes to any discussion of classy behavior.

What was the phrase in last night's thread about Hannity? "Full Teenage Girl Butthurt", I believe it was. Atlanta fans need to get their knickers out of their clams.

LOL, I can't remember who it was I was listening to during a Steelers game a few years back, but he was describing the press both at the Brown's old stadium. The bathrooms were way too far away to make it in a decent timeframe, so they just took a leak right around the corner. Being a Steelers fan, he said it was satisfying for all of those years to piss on the Brown's home ground.

Now THAT I could understand people getting a little muffed over. Some pretty dirt? Yeah, WAY too sensitive.

Not really a fair comparison, since everything the cardinals do ever is always 100% correct. 'cause you know, reasons.

As a Braves fan, I thought it was hilarious. The guy is struggling to hit .250, the Braves have owned his team this year and last year, and he pulls that clown move three times in a game where he got doubled off first when he advanced on a fly ball with one out and was halfway between second and third when he realized he didn't know how to count to three. That's all he's got. Little biatch moves like that.
