With all those nuts going into the mouth in one sitting, they should call it "Subby's Mom Snickers".

What will happen to all the nougat farmers?

Nougat has always been a cheap filler for confections. The way it's advertised has caused consumers to acquire a taste for it, despite its purpose being low-value bulk. Lots of candy bars wouldn't have the mouth feel they're known for without it.

Tony Hawk kinda is Poochie.

Is it wrong that I'm kind of turned on by that?

Planter's has taken it to an even more extreme level.

All nuts and caramel? So it's a Payday Bar enrobed in chocolate...?

Tony Hawk can still move merch, subby. My neighbor's kid has a Tony Hawk-brand helmet and pads.

Yet 3 Musketeers, being pretty much entirely nougat, is still one of my faves.

If you can find them, try the almond Snickers. Uh, never mind,I've said too much.

If people switch to this from regular Snickers, there'll be a glut on the market for dolphin fat.  Good for the dophins, I guess.

Don't you mean a Mars bar in a Snickers Almond wrapper?

I'm a fat man. I love chicken wings, pizza, and beer. Even I can't justify eating candy bars.

What's the deal with the "extreme" label? I was in Walmart and saw extreme Jello, extreme tire pressure gauges (they were fluorescent colors), and a bunch of other ordinary stuff labeled extreme. It's the stupidest marketing gimmick ever. Unless it works; then we must be the stupidest people ever.

If I wanted peanuts and caramel and chocolate, I'd eat them together. Or, buy a PayDay and dip it in chocolate.

Like peanuts and chewing gum.

X-Treme! labeling has to be 20 years old by now ... maybe Snickers is in the forefront of retro-'90s marketing?  Are people feeling nostalgic for the early '90s yet?

/pardon me, just going to crank Badmotorfinger and Facelift on the ol' Compact Disk player
