Depends on whether you are answering the question in a 'up/down vs side to side' manner or a 'yes vs no' manner.

The best way to brush is to also floss.  Seriously.  Night and day difference for me once I started flossing daily.

Very good.  And now to round out the panel let's hear from someone who flosses, but does not brush.

Anyone?

Electric toothbrush is a lot more effective than brushing manually. After switching to an Oral B electric toothbrush I got tired of my dentist having nothing to do on my regular checkups/cleanings so I eventually quit going.

Not just a myth, I recently had a British girl ask me why Americans had such nice teeth.  Her's were fine, her friend's were horrendous.

/never had a cavity
//only brush once a day

I like using floss picks. I keep a bag in my truck just incase.

ACT makes a high fluoride mouthwash that literally pushes the limit for how much fluoride they can put in a bottle. We're talking reversing cavities strong.

That's why I find them littered all over the ground.  I see more of these than cigarette butts.  Seriously, use them in the bathroom, not in public.

Also, 45 degree angled upwards for upper teeth, inside and out.  45 degree angled downwards for lower teeth, inside and out.  If you done in less than 2 minutes, your mouth is dirty.  Do your gums a favor and brush them, too.

Do your co-workers a favor about your breath odor and brush your tongue, upper palate and the insides of your cheeks, as well.  If you work in IT, take a shower, wash your ass, and put on some damned deodorant.  It's really not difficult, even if you are suffering from an overly and often falsely diagnosed autistic spectrum disorder.  We all know that you are limited in your ability to pick up on social cues.  Stop interrupting others' conversations to inanely and poorly tell an unrelated story.  Simply shut up and walk away.   Bathe often so at least you don't stink, too.  Really, it can help.

Tired of smelling stinky Aspies.  Social skills go beyond simply not being a social dumbass because you've been a homeschooled snowflake.  Don't stink.

Well, I do have a little trash can in my truck. Soda cans and string cheese wrappers.
