Maybe it's for rival studios as a heads up. As if Marvel is scared of DC.

Didn't Marvel get their list of release dates out at Comicon?  I also disagree with the video in that if DC/WB was confidant they would have won the head to head release they wouldn't have moved to March.

SUPER SECRET INFORMATION STOLEN FROM DC HEADQUARTERS BY HACKERS!!!

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - March 25, 2016 - Plot: Superman gets depowered when fighting Lex Luther and Batman has to save the day.
Untitled DC Film - August 5, 2016 - Plot: Nightwing movie is released, the plot is based off of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. It's a pretty blatant ripoff, but the rabid fanboys refuse to see similarities.
Untitled DC Film - June 23, 2017 - Plot: Teen Titans movie, plot stolen from 50 Shades of Grey and Twilight, making for the worst possible romantic quintangle but very popular with 13 year old girls and unmarried 40+ women with multiple cats.
Untitled DC Film - November 17, 2017 - Plot: Green Lantern returns with an even more incoherent plot and 3 times the CG. Michael Bey directs insuring no plot is actually written into the screenplay. Opens number 1 and quickly falls off the radar.
Untitled DC Film - March 23, 2018 - Plot: Aquaman Movie, it bombs when the crossover marketing deal with Red Lobster fails miserably.
Untitled DC Film - July 27- 2018 - Plot: Flash movie. They steal the plot and feel of The Amazing Spider-Man in hopes no one will notice. Flash with Web Shooters is a dead give away.
Untitled DC Film - April 5, 2019 - Plot: Superman gets depowered when fighting Lex Luther and Cyborg has to save the day.
Untitled DC Film - June 14, 2019 - Plot: Wonder Woman movie breaks box office records when Darren Arnofsky promises to return her to her true roots and we get a 2.5 hour BDSM movie starring Jessica Biel as Wonder Woman
Untitled DC Film - April 3, 2020 - Plot: Superman gets depowered when fighting Lex Luther and Flash has to save the day.
Untitled DC Film - June 19, 2020 - Plot: Superman 2 is done for a 3rd time since the plot has made so much money the first few times. The movie is called: X-Men Origins: Superman in an effort to trick the Comic-Con Cosplay crowd that really knows nothing of comic books, but like to act like they do.

Is DC planning to remake Untitled DC Film eight times, or are they simply going to re-release the same movie eight times after its initial debut?

Untitled DC Film is a very strange name for a film. I do not believe that the title will appeal to the general public.

Black hair? Check. Slap an outfit on her and we're done here.

Once again - ambition with no plan.  Throw stuff out and see what sticks.

I get the the feeling their executive meetings consist of old white guys staring out of highrise windows at neighboring buildings and muttering "I wonder what Marvel is doing..."

I know this has been said before, but DC is way over selling their ability to make comic book movies based on the success of Man of Steel (which really wasnt that good) and the success of the Nolan Batman movies that had the golden ticket of not feeling like a comic book movie!

Look at the Spiderman movies. Once they stopped being origins stories and started feeling like Dick Tracy people really started to hate them and stopped spending their money.

If DC bombs Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Flash just like they did their first Green Lantern you have to wonder if they will pull the plug on this insanity and just reboot everything AGAIN!

i think it's stupid to just announce all these upcoming dates for unnamed films, when for all they know, the superman and batman movie will bomb.  we've seen nothing from this movie yet, just a few photos of the actors wearing costumes, and some fan boys are creaming their jeans and expecting it to be the guaranteed best movie of all time.  the only way any of these unannounced films will come to pass is if the previous films are successful.  it would be like marvel studios announcing the release date for avengers before the first iron man movie even came out.  it's stupid and reeks of desperation.

Pretty sure Joss isn't. I'm trying to stay optimistic for Batman vs Superman but 2 years until it comes out is just a joke. They started filming about the same time as Avengers Age of Ultron and are still filming and Joss just put on Twitter/Instagram that filming wrapped yesterday. We all know Avengers will be 2+hrs. What the hell is Snyder doing besides adding characters to a script?

I'm thinking more like this.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - March 25, 2016
Man of Steel 2: Superman Returns - August 5, 2016
The Batman (starring Ben Affleck) - June 23, 2017
The Batman Returns (starring Matt Damon) - November 17, 2017
Superman 3: The Man of Steel - March 23, 2018
The Batman Forever Dropping Pearls (starring Shia Lebouf) - July 27- 2018
Batman and Robin do Dallas - April 5, 2019
Green Lantern 2: The lanterning - June 14, 2019
The Darkest Night: Batman v Superman- Bats 45 Superman 32 - April 3, 2020
Wonder Woman(canceled) - June 19, 2020

For one Joss has a rep for bringing in projects on time and on budget. And I remember some articles from the time he started work on Avengers saying that Jon Farveau told him that Marvel had a great team that would make sure their projects ran smoothly and on schedule.

The secret is that Snyder doesn't use camera tricks for his slow motion.  He actually films the entire movie in slow motion, then speeds up the non-action parts of the film.

The problem with DC is their characters are basically walking gods.

Superman? They have to remove his powers to make the movie work.
Batman. The answer is always Batman.
Wonder Woman is literally the daughter of a god and a Greek queen, made from clay.
Flash can run so fast he can travel through time and into other dimensions.
Martian Manhunter is invincible to everything except Fire. Around fire, he simply goes incorporeal.
Green Lantern can create anything from his ring with his mind that works on Willpower.
Aquaman can control everything in the water. When you realize the Earth is 70% covered with water, you start to realize he's vastly under utilized.
Cyborg is the token black guy, and very wimpy, unfortunately.

My inner me would have a nerdgasm if they announced a Crisis movie that brings TV and movie universes together.

I can't wait to see their JL ripoffs of Ultron and Thanos.

Dimensio: Is DC planning to remake Untitled DC Film eight times, or are they simply going to re-release the same movie eight times after its initial debut?

Untitled DC Film is a very strange name for a film. I do not believe that the title will appeal to the general public.

Well, they remade the 1978 SUPERMAN twice in this century (2006 and 2012)., so why not?

LOL considering Marvel basically adapted Thanos based on Darkseid.

/that's the joke

Who is DC going to use as JL big bads? By the time they introduce Darkseid it will be a rip off of Thanos. If they use Brainiac it will be 3 years after Ultron.

Gunny Highway:

That seems like a lot.  Like too many movies going on in the same universes.

And how many comic books get released every week?

If the first justice league is darkseid, he and apocolype will be on the big screen in an actual capacity prior to thanos in avengers 3.  I mean, thanos right now has just been shown to be a terrible father who smiles a lot in a floaty chair.

Mugato: Wow, random dates with no titles. Sweet scoop.

This; did WB's higher-ups pay this guy to blow them or something?

Marvel did the slow burn and it worked.  DC's looking for the quick hit with "BxS" and the inevitable "Justice League" movie thereafter.

But if "BvS" bombs...it's over for DC.
