Don't let those RINOs get you down, future PRESIDENT McDaniel! You scream the truth from the rooftops as loud as you can and issue all the Citizens Grand Jury indictments of those anti-American freaks turning Jackson into Satangrad!

I honestly don't understand why he or any other Tea Party candidate who's been defrauded from office by an unholy alliance of GOP establishment candidates and liberal plants would even attempt to work within a system that's so obviously broken, corrupt, and irreparable. What he and others like him should do is simply declare themselves as the legitimate candidate, set up a parallel office, and begin performing government functions. I don't see how we're supposed to take them seriously if they're not willing to step it up a notch.

"Even if much of what was in there is true, and there's good reason to believe it's not, it does not seem to be enough, especially for the remedy he's asking for, which is not a new election, but for the loser to be declared the winner."

Hasen noted that the McDaniel campaign is asking to be declared the winner, though McDaniel has also said he'd be open to yet another election.

I wasn't aware that was his demand.  If there were any doubt he had a few loose screws, that seals it.

"It's very, very, very rare" for the "loser to be declared the winner," Hasen said.

Haha.  I'm going to just bite my tongue on that one.

No, you guys don't understand, democrats voted for Cochran. Don't you see? That means he is completely unqualified to run for office as a Republican. If any democrat even thinks of voting for you, you should automatically be disqualified. Plus, you can't trust voters those people are idiots. You just need to give me the election, because Mississippi is a mess, and I just need to rule it.

Yeah, that's not voter fraud. That's called "open elections."

As it turns out, he was paid $2000 by Chris McDaniel's campaign to lie about it on camera.

I suspect -- just suspect -- that the elected GOP State Committee people are filthy RINOs who wantonly touch themselves to images of Che Guevara, cored out their King James Bibles to hide a copy of Das Kapital and put Janeane Garofalo DVDs in Larry the Cable Guy cases, ergo the Holy McDaniel Campaign is kicking it Rand style and has created their own True American GOP Committee.

Man I would pay good money to watch the Tea Party's rogue team of road construction workers run around Biloxi, trying to fix potholes before the lazy, inefficient government workers.

Back in the 70s you would go out drinking, run into a few Republican State Executive Committee members and have a crazy, wild night on the town. The next afternoon you'd wake up hung over and chained to a desk looking over precinct voting results.

It used to be real easy to get "volunteered" for the Republican State Executive Committee.

I'd like to see them set up toll booths to use the roads they've repaired, because freedom and stuff.

In fact, those Democrats might have voted FOR McDaniel, knowing that a close race between the two would be a total clusterfark and really fun to watch.  Without proof one way or the other, what are you going to do?

I could see it. We had the Canadian Conservative Reform Alliance party for one day. Unfortunately the media pointed out the issue before the CCRAP convention ended so they changed the name (make no mistake, this was a major party and former CCRAP people now form the core of the governing Conservative Party aftera merger).

If someone I had voted for had acted like such a dick after losing, I would rather see him go away and never come back.

This is the equivalent of a three-year-old having a temper tantrum. Give McDaniel his binky and shut him in a farking room where the world doesn't have to listen to his whining anymore.

Mark Mayfield, an (apparently) respected attorney, ruined his life helping take photos of Cochran's wife in a nursing home, and he didn't even get two G for it.

BTW, that case is still ongoing, and one of the people involved cut a deal yesterday in return for testimony against the others. McDaniels's week is probably going to get a lot worse.

I agree.  I am still hoping that McDaniel keeps throwing a tantrum or tries to launch a write in campaign.  It would be delicious if McDaniel causes the Republicans to lose that seat.  I would throw a party and I don't live in Mississippi. Mmmmmmmm.........republican tears.

They have a literacy problem that would make a write in campaign virtually impossible.
