Whitehouse schools Inhofe about Global Warming

Didn't Whitehouse die back in 2001?

This is of course an effective and convincing presentation of facts and arguments. Only problem is that the receiving end has to be capable and willing to receive facts and arguments. In Inhofe's case it might be more effective to use crayons, the bible, and a baseball bat.

Predictable as death and taxes.  Obama does something, or nothing, McConnell mumbles, Boehner sues and Inhofe forms a blue ribbon panel to investigate wrong doing.  All three happen to do it in front of cameras.  They aren't leaders they are attention whores minus twitter feeds

Inhofe would not listen if god came out of the heavens and told him something contrary to his belief system. That man is more dense than most rocks.

yeah but, proudly ignorant vaguely dismissive faux-quip about the earth being hotter millions of years ago. Avoid context, hard data and also there's grant money.

76% say its largely "unnatural". So a quarter of the worlds population thinks it IS natural but 75% think it's man-made.

In the US it's over 47% believe it's man made.

Why? Scientific Illiteracy, Fox News?

....can you please provide some kind of context for that chart?  Like what people are "agreeing" to?  It's not self-evident for everyone in the thread.

This came from a link the other day. I think the question was "Do you agree that global warming is man-made?".

You can't reason a man out of a position he didn't reason himself into.

People lie about disbelieving AGW. They just don't want to change.

Has anybody considered the sun's affect on global warming?  I'm just asking because I'm not sure if so-called scientists with their fancy-schmancy PhDs have thought of that.

More importantly, has anyone pointed out that Mars is exactly the same temperature as here, and it doesn't have any CO2 emissions at all? Checkmate, libtards

Furthermore the average temperature has risen slowly in the last 15 years so comma

Yeah, actually they have, and no, the sun isn't affecting the temperature rise on Earth.

I appreciate him making one point - the companies who have money riding on it say global warming is real. Obviously, we all have some riding on it, but property insurance folks (for example) have a lot riding on getting it as close to right as possible. And it's hard to believe that they're trying to force social changes on us or whatever reason those scientists all have for conspiring on this issue - when's the last time any of us saw an insurance company do something that wasn't designed to make money?

Argument assumes facts not in evidence.

There is no accepted evidence that Inhofe is susceptible to reason.
