I think the majority of their base is more Walmart than Sam's Club

Well I'm a liberal democrat AND a Sam's Club member, which is handy on the days where I need bulk item stuff but don't want to make the longer trip to Costco, and...

...wait, what are we talking about?

Now that Dollar Tree has acquired Family Dollar, could we be looking at a dark horse candidate?

Yeah?  A Lexus isn't a Toyota, either.  Believe me, I've been in plenty of Walmarts and Sam's Clubs, and they aren't the same, despite their common owner.

Seriously, we haven't even had the midterms yet, can we not try and prognosticate what will be going on two years from now? The only guarantee is that you will probably be wrong. Remember when Bob McDonnell was a sure-fire candidate this time around?

I also vividly remember Hillary's 'Inevitability' in 2006 and 7.

And the 'WalMart' wing of the GOP was told to go home and get their shine boxes in 2008 and 2012, when the GOP nominated the traitor John McCain and then the next guy in line and ultimate New England Republican Mitt Rmoney

A Christie-Huckabee ticket would end with them fighting over Taft's bathtub.

Christie/Huckabee or Huckabee/Christie? What possible sort of platform could support that ticket?

/and guys, before your moobs start getting all sweaty out there on the campaign trail, please be aware that the US President gets to live in The White House, not a White Castle

A minority candidate? No way.

Ughhh, if the "base" candidate wins we are going to have Hillary as POTUS aren't we?

I'd pay good money to watch Christie and Huckabee oiled up, wrestling in Taft's bathtub.

Can we please stop acting like Christie has a chance of winning anything GOP, except maybe parts of the northeast?

It's already tough for the country club republicans.  They haven't even been able to get a tax cut passed.

County Club R: Ok, lets get this tax cut for anyone making over $20 Million a year through.
Sam's Club R: HERP - repeal Obamacare!
County Club R: yes that's good, but this budget bill with the cuts...
Sam's Club R: IMPEACH 0BAMA!!!
County Club R: well, we want to tone that down a little, but this bill...
Sam's Club R:  2ND AMENDMENT!!  SECURE THE BORDERS!!  REPEAL ROE V WADE!!!
County Club R:  *sighs and goes on vacation for 2 months*

For most of Lexus' product line, that's pretty untrue from an engineering perspective.

None of the potential GOP candidates will declare until after Hillary says yes or no. I think she is delaying knowing that the longer she holds off, the tougher it will be for the GOP to gain any momentum.
