And it was delicious!

Actually, the dolphin failed to comply with the marine biologists' orders. They had to put it in a choke hold. Hey... accidents happen. It was an obese dolphin in addition to being previously unknown. How were they to know that species typically has heart issues... it was unknown.

No, I have to put the blame squarely on the dolphin's... ummm... shoulders.

Dolphins... comply with the Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries or you might wind up extinct.

This planet will not miss our species. Hopefully we don't completely destroy it before we are gone.

I am not long for this planet. I try to do my best to make sure I will leave it a better place than when I arrived, but dammit, I can't keep up with my species' destruction of the Big Blue Marble.

I thought it was the goddamn Chinese catching them and eating them.

People are too afraid of sharks. And not nearly afraid enough of dolphins.

They'll remember what we did and get us for it. Like Moby Dick told from the whale's point of view. You may be sure the Whale was hunting Ahab long before Ahab was hunting the Whale.

Oooh, so Mother Nature needs a favor?! Well maybe she should have thought of that when she was besetting us with droughts and floods and poison monkeys! Nature started the fight for survival, and now she wants to quit because she's losing. Well I say 'hard cheese.'

If they hang out so close to beaches, why didn't anyone notice them before?

Wouldn't pretty much any new species we discover be endangered?  If there were a lot of them we'd have seen one before.
