Least essential album of all time: anything by Britney Spears . . .

You know you're getting old when you can't recognize 90% of the stuff on either list.

GREAT WHITE?! Aren't those guys dead or something?

Bit of a lack of boybands in this list.

I'd like to buy some kind of compilation that has all the Great White hits, but can't decide between Greatest Hits, Rock Champions, The Best of Great White, The Best of Great White 1986-92, Latest & Greatest,or Back to Back Hits.

I guess I'll have to buy all 6.

I just want to say that RAP music sucks.
All of it.
Fuggin' garbage.

Wow, this is my favorite thing that The Onion does all year.

This list makes me so glad that I have good taste in music.

Yet I admit to being curious to hear some of these, kind
of like watching (or in this case hearing) a train wreck.

Sharv: I agree. And I'm only 25.
The Great White thing really cracked me up though. I had no idea that their flaccid career was being flogged as hard as it was.

Too bad Dion Sanders ended his music career...It would've been nice to see him on this list!

Where the hell is Stryper?!!!!

Sharv: I thought I was too young to know most of those bands.

oh no, Kthulu,
did you say STRYPER?? dear lord, they are perhaps the most hilarious 80's hair bands ever! the fact that they are "rockin for Christ" add to the hilarity. not to mention loads of spandex, and whatnot.
