Q:  What type of Mobius bagel would you like, Sir?

A:  Plane.

I'd prefer a Jodorowsky's Bagel.  A bagel I talk about for years, bring together the finest bakers with plans to bake it, and then it never comes.

And for dessert, irrational pie.

Mobius bagels at Einstein Bros should bring in some new dough.

I won't be impressed until you manage to toast it.  You are just ruining a perfectly good bagel otherwise.

Toasting is ruining the bagel.

Day old, sure. But toasting a fresh bagel is a waste. You should enjoy the freshness.

Please don't draw on your bagel with a marker.

What better to wash down a Mobius bagel than a beverage out of a Klein stein.

I prefer a Kleinbagel.

There are bagels that are edible when not toasted?

/Canadian, living in a rural area
//My bagels come in a plastic bag, from the grocery store
///I am aware of good bagels the same way that I'm aware of the moon.  Yeah sure I believe it exists but I'll never actually walk on (eat) it.

I'm sorry. Like pizza, it's very hard to find a good bagel outside of New York City/New Jersey.

I hear Montreal has good bagels. Is that near by?

Shouldn't you be getting started, eh?

Aah...a nice hot fresh bagel.  Just out of the oven.  The crust, hard but not too brittle.  The soft crumb, the way it pulls apart when you tear the bagel in half.  That steam, full of bready aroma.  Soft and yielding, but not mushy or weak.

Damn, now I'm hungry.

Goona get up early tomorrow, get some bagels.  And cut one into a mobius strip.

Or sleep late.  Let's play it by ear.

A dremmel with a spiral drywall cutter would probably be easier than a knife for this.
BONUS: bagel dust.

Nice.  In the summer I use a mobius pillow case - Any way you turn it, it's the cool side.
