I see a lot of meatheads using machines at weights I would expect a 10 year old kid to be doing.  Then they text for 10 minutes.  WTF is with that?  10 lbs on a tricep pushdown machine and you only do 8 reps?

True.  Without actually taking anabolic steroids, most women wouldn't get anywhere near "too" muscular.  It's especially a shame because women who lift increase their bone density which makes them a lot healthier, and a lot less susceptible to osteoperosis, later on in life.

I've to bite my tongue around a lot of people who get into some form of exercise, be it crossfit, taking classes, lifting, or running and then saying they've put on a good 10 lbs of muscle in two months.  Even with roids, that would be impossible, but I don't want to discourage them so I don't say shiat.

"Most clients are shocked when I won't let them squat or deadlift for the first month of training."

He won't "let" me?  This is why we can't have nice training sessions.  He is right about breathing, though.  Good breathing timed with reps makes me lift better.

Way, way back when before I was such a disgusting fatbody I used to do that kind of weight, but I always aimed for at least 15 reps, better 20.  After that I needed to walk and drink about a gallon of water just to keep up with the sweat.  I miss those days.

You'd have to eat a shiatload and take a hell of a lot of dbol + test to get 10 lb in 2 months. Naturally? No way in hell. 5 lb in 2 months is more doable, and even that is tough

Not putting the weights back onto the rack after you have finished using them.  That should be automatic death penalty.

I dunno. I think it depends on the individual. If you do a couple weeks of getting ready and then blast for 8 weeks of tough workouts and eating perfect for gaining, I think it's possible.

No, it definitely is not possible naturally. The most muscle a human can gain naturally, outside of n00b gains, is about 2 lb a month and that is assuming top-tier muscle building genetics. For a normal, average male, it is about 1 lb a month.

Wow, Carrot Top is looking good these days.

Also, doing your sets diretly in front of the dumbell rack (or barbell rack) so nobody else can have access to the weights or the rack to re-rack. Also, "occupying" multiple stations at one time and being a d about it when someone comes along and tries to use one of them.
