Prey4reign: TechnicolorYawn: Prey4reign: TechnicolorYawn: farkers putting lists on here...cannot follow directions for shiat

Farkers love lists.  Who drives for hour on end listening to the same shiat over and over -- it's like having your wife in the car?

"what's your favorite driving song?"    the only rule for this thread, miscomprehended by many.

What's the penalty for breaking the "rule"?  Subby asked for favorite driving song.  So a bunch of us gave him a few because one just wouldn't do.  What's the big deal?

KILL ALL THE F*CKING PEDESTRIANS & CYCLISTS
by Word Salad and the Raped Nostrils

there's one now
gotta get him somehow
there's a whole bunch
gotta feel their heads crunch

gotta kill all the f*cking pedestrians and cyclists
gotta kill all the f*cking pedestrians and cyclists

slowin' me down, pissin' me off
gonna need a trench for the blood to slough
gotta drive, drive, drive to kill
tattoo your face with my iron grille

gotta kill all the f*cking pedestrians and cyclists

Doesn't bother me at all.  I could list hundreds of great "driving" songs.  That would show how cool I am, instead of getting so "schooled" by TotalBotards.

I have a playlist of their tunes that I crank when I want to open it up on a long trip. They are all pretty short but sound epic.

Texas Gabe: The greatest driving music ever written:

Jessica by The Allman Brothers

It's track #2 on my "Driving Music" playlist. Right after Clapton's "Motherless Children," and right before "Remedy" by the Black Crowes. And then "Departure" by REM.

Get your kicks on Route 66:

Also, this:

Driving through the American Southwest during the summer with great music playing is perhaps the greatest joy I know. I live for the months of just me and the open road and the compass needle pointing away from home. I've driven many, many miles on old Route 66 through New Mexico, with Tom Joad riding shotgun, through mountains and plains, though summer sun and rain, and loving every single glorious second of it.

Songs? I have thumbs with Audiobooks that I plug right into the car stereo. Tom Clancy, Larry Niven, Arthur C.Clarke, Isaac Asimov, Tom Wolfe, Steven Hunter, loads more I couldn't list them all. Sci-Fi, Thriller, Espionage, War, all my Favs. Then there's all my Stand Up comedy. I rarely listen to Music anymore. I hear Music playing in Strip Clubs but it all goes in one ear and right out the other. I don't pay attention to it.
