Farkers love lists.  Who drives for hour on end listening to the same shiat over and over -- it's like having your wife in the car?

But for night driving I like Air's Moon Safari album.

If I am on the road leta at night, it is Late Night Coast to Coast with George Noori.

Borderline comedy/terror show.  Comedy because they cover some awesome conspiracy theories.  Terror, because I am not sure if the people talking about the theories are performing satire or if they really believe them.

Someone once recommended Bad Stone by the Crystal Method, and it's hard to disagree with it:

"what's your favorite driving song?"    the only rule for this thread, miscomprehended by many.

An acoustic version of "We just disagree" by Dave Mason popped up on Siris XM's Coffehouse this past weekend and wife and I independently started belting it out.  Good song.

Basically, any 70's summer song will work fine for drives, and not just for the old farts like us.

/"Can't stop the rock" by Apollo 440 is probably going to get you a ticket, use with caution

What's the penalty for breaking the "rule"?  Subby asked for favorite driving song.  So a bunch of us gave him a few because one just wouldn't do.  What's the big deal?

Can't disagree with that choice.

Probably something from "Coast to Coast" by Steve Morse, famous for his rapid-fire arpeggios.  High-energy, straight-ahead rock with touches of country, classical, and jazz fusion:

You seem unnecessarily frustrated by this if you went to the trouble of posting that. Does it honestly bother you that some people have more than one driving song that they really enjoy and want to share?
