Now Baltimore County police are investigating whether a crime was committed.

They have to investigate this and figure out if a crime was committed?? I can think of two right off the bat: Public urination and indecent exposure.

Nope, he used a tube running down his leg. So no exposure.

If there was anyone who deserved to be arrested for public indecency, it was Art Model.

Baltimoron here.

I was around for the Colts, then nothing, then the Stallions (Grey Cup champions) then the Browns/Ravens.

I dont hate Indianapolis. I dont hate Irsay.

Art Modell was by all accounts a great man, a philanthropist, and an old school football legend. He did a LOT for football.

Why is it ok for dogs and other animals to pee in public, but not a person?

I understand nobody wants to see another guys shriveled wang or some some broads dusty clam, but if you're well hidden...no harm, no foul, right?

Well if he is actually buried there, it would be "defacing a tomb, monument or gravestone", Class 6 Felony.

This is a real crap move. So was Modells but this really crosses the line. The guy did a lot of good.

I love football but sometimes the fans go to far ....

Seriously. There are times when some people really need to take a step back & say to themselves, "It's just sports."

I get being mad that they lost their team. I get blaming it on Modell. But he was still a man with a family & a life. He was more than just a man who made you sad 20 years ago. Take a deep breath & move on.

Yeah, but I'd probably rub your nose in it too.

This is truly the worst thing to happen in American history.  I know that when I'm dead, I'll be FURIOUS if someone pees on my grave.  Or maybe I won't, because I'll be dead.

/arrest him for public indecency if he's identified, but Christ people, this isn't a big deal

Cleveland should thank Art Modell. He saved the city from having to watch the shiatshow that was the Browns, even if it was only for 3 years.

What else are they going to do? Look back on their Super Bowl titles? Their Super Bowl appearances?

Their playoff history since the US invaded Iraq?

When the guy gets outed, I hope Ohio gives a big "Fark You" for extridition. The team moves and wins two Owls, and the city gets an expansion team as replacement.

Is this where we can vent about the fantasy that The Ravens are an expansion team and the new Browns are the old Browns?

A team's legacy is not transferred records or colours or names. History may be rewritten but reality never is. The true legacy of a team is the succession of players. This player was traded for that one. That one retired, here's his replacement.

The reality is that the Ravens have a deep history. The Minnesota Twins are over 100 years old and they don't hide it. The Clippers are really the pre 1978 Celtics (look it up) and they do hide it.

Fark any league that whitewashes a city getting screwed. Embrace your expansion Browns, Cleveland. With fake history off their shoulders maybe they'll start to win again. Well, probably not.

The Yankee one is controversial suddenly. Check out the dust up happening at Baseball Reference. As for the current Orioles how in the world could they not be a continuation of the St. Louis Browns? Are the Nationals not just the Expos?

All the hatred that Cleveland has for Modell is pretty pathetic when the owners the Browns have had since are much worse.

This is exactly why I can't stand "passionate" sports fanatics. I've got no problem with sports in general, but it's these "rivalries" and actions that really chap my taint. This is why the stereotype of the beer swilling, mouth breathing, wanna be alpha male BS exists.
Dude let it go! you have a team in your town (and a crappy one at that) this move in the middle of the night while chicken shiat happened a long time ago, you've had plenty of time to get on with your life,

Is pissing on grass defacing it?  Disrespectful?...certainly.  But it wouldn't damage the ground or anything.  If no damage occurs, is it still "defacement"?
