That can't be good for property values.

Most people already know there's electricity in electric wires, others, well it comes to them in a flash.

Duh, you can't store men in manholes. It's singular for a reason. If there were enough room, they'd be called menholes.

"Found dead in a hole." Lame. At least he could have gone out in style.

I work in telecom and you should hear the innuendo that ensues when there's a manhole fire and a cable gets burned.  Flaming hot, smoldering hot, smoking hot, etc manhole.  And then when the fire department hoses it down.  And when we are given permission to enter the manhole.  If HR were present we'd all get fired.

That's strange... My wife said something similar to me tonight. I guess she's off to store her "glory" somewhere... Whatever that means.

This happens at least once or twice a year. Nothing new. Sad, but not new.*

I keep all my used men in manholes.

Eh... manholes commonly fill up with nitrogen, methane, and all other toxic gases. He could have just as easily climbed down and been hit by sub 18% oxy levels and immediately passed out.

Good for his thieving ass. Detroit has too many copper thieves. Had a time when the thieves waited for the linemen to finish just so they could steal the newly installed cable.

Or he could've just been a homeless man.  The homeless are found dead in weird spots around Detroit all the time.

The animation shows a used radial tire.

The article talks about a man, found dead in a manhole.

Too obscure?

Too obscure for me, I guess. What is the hidden meaning or reference?

One dude was found on a platform several hundred feet up a radio mast north of Detroit.

In winter.

Was not fun for the guys sent to get the body.
