That kid will grow up with an intact immune system and not be allergic to half of the world because the parents don't freak out when the dog shares its toys with the kid. Look! Normal people!

Who among us hasn't wanted to smother a crying baby?

There is no chance at all, none, that the dog is responding to commands from its owner to fetch and drop toys. This is purely about a guilty dog trying to make amends with the baby from whom it stole a toy.

They need to check the parent's web browser for " How long to train a beagle to bury a child alive in the back yard."

I'd find it more believable if this dog wrote a letter to Dear Prudence.

At first I was like, "meh." Then I watched it with the sound on. That music is really good. It changed everything.

There is a bunch of news coverage of this that use copies and don't reference the original

The best friends ever:)
My dog Charlie does not know that my 8 weeks baby daughter is still too small to give him treats for his effort:)

In this video the dog spends a lot of time looking at the camera as if to say "Now what do you want me to do?".

Once I had surgery on my leg and couldn't walk (except restroom visits) for two weeks.  I couldn't climb the stairs to my bedroom so I slept on the couch.  The cats were very upset that there seemed to be something wrong with me.  They kept visiting me and crying.  Then one day I woke up and I was covered in cat toys.  One of the cats brought all the cat toys into the den  and piled them all over me.

My wife had a similar experience.  She gave birth at home and when she was going through labor she was very vocal.  Our cats kept bringing her their toys - ostensibly to comfort her.

Oh please.  Dogs don't have credit cards because they don't have any pockets.

Beagles are that smart.  They don't do guilt well though, notice the original toy wasn't returned.

Fine investigative reporting there, fellas. You definitely protected the Internet from fake videos, take the rest of the day off.

In fact, I bet we'll never see anyone try to post fake videos again now that they know you two are out there debunking videos to make sure no one ever watches anything ever on the Internet again with out cynically dismissing it as OMFGFAAAAKE!
The alternative is just to horrible to consider...the possibility someone somewhere might get a moment's enjoyment out of something stupid posted on the Internet. No sir, not with the Internet detectives on Fark, that isn't happening bub.

If I had to sleep on the couch the cats would probably try to bury me in cat litter.

An occasional shower may help that

That is too precious. My dogs always know when I'm not feeling well or if I'm upset. They don't pile me in toys, but they are extra attentive and concerned. They just KNOW.

If that dog had some pockets... she'd have mighty fine pockets.
