(Fox Sports)   We have heard of some large boxers, but this one is 6 FEET 11 INCHES. A rock and a slingshot should do the trick   (foxsports.com ) divider line 23

A sling is the second scariest weapon of war after a gun. It's more deadly than a bow or crossbow in skilled hands and you can make one and some bullets out of damn near anything in under 10 minutes. It can even kill people through hard armor without penetration with ke alone.

A slingshot is a novelty created out of rubber. It can be weaponized to injure humans, but only Joerg on youtube really does that. Mostly it's for bird and rabbit sniping and has only been in use since rubber was invented.

And slings still see use today on the battlefield by irregular forces to throw grenades and the like.

But goddamn, that guy is huge. I'm not sure a sling-assisted grenade would be enough to take him down.

People like him are why I spar with pole weapons and don't box. 7 feet tall ain't so big when you've got 12 feet of reach and a lower center of gravity.

I'm going to require you to turn in your assault slings, for the safety of the children.

If he's that big, how did the government not force him to play basketball? Would you want to fight that guy for a rebound? Me neither.

I prefer large boxers myself, but that's just because I enjoy the breathing room.

Seriously. David Haye should have a word.

Are they going to make a rule that the opponent is allowed to have a gun to make it sporting?

That was a pretty sloppy fight for both fighters. If this guy has to face off against anyone with some speed, he's in big trouble.

To be fair, it was his first fight.  Not sure about the opponent tomato can he was facing.

Aren't large boxers usually 36-38 inches?

He's nowhere near as big as Valuev was.  Also, he looked terrible - that nobody he was fighting did most of the falling down for him.
