I... I may be wrong, but this feels a bit hoax-y to me. The story makes no sense at all, and her logic is a tad... crazy. Something is askew.

Yeah, this story is bogus.  Why would yutes be wearing bathing suits?

If you're being attacked and count the precise number of people and identify their genders, you're better than me. I'm not feeling this one, either.

According to a police report, one of the suspects fired the gun three times as they said "Ya'll can't see me."

Silly kids. You have to take off all your clothes to be invisible.

2014-07-20 09:25:54 AM
This happened to me, but they weren't wearing bathing suits, they were all naked. Also, they were all female, and they weren't robbing me.

Fark, you're missing the point. Were the girls in bathing suits hot?

I would think that removing the bikini tops of the girl robbers would stop the girls from fighting and distract the boys enough to get away.

Kids in bathing suits probably going to a public pool.. yeah that never happens in Atlanta. Also, teenagers never rob anyone in Atlanta. Credible??? No video in this day and age certainly does cast doubt on her story. I would have expected at least half the kids to post the robbery on instagram or something.

This story I'd either a scene from an anime or a Benny Hill skit.

Thats the problem with these crazy people - they provide too many details. This is a giant mountain of bullshiat.

Everyone knows there are no swimming pools in East Point (Google Earth it) - let alone ones large enough to accommodate 10 yutes.

No public pool near there, but there are some trashy apartments.

There is something missing in the info.

The mother-to-be said she was not willing to let the robbers take her purse, which was across her shoulder and pregnant belly.

Once in a while you hear about a pack of kids robbing people in Chicago. I've always wondered if the fact that they are kids prevents people from picking one from the pack and laying them out.

East Point

In Atlanta that's all I needed to read to fully believe her story, it tried to pour money into the city to beautify it but its still a shiat hole.

No public pool would be open at 5:30am, let alone on a weekday, either.

i have no way of verifying her story but having lived in the ATL, it seems to be believable to me.

To all of you who note that East Point doesn't have pools or what not, IT DOES HAVE A TRAIN STATION.

This is just a minor quibble with the headline, but if you know that there were exactly ten assailants, you don't need to include the estimation inherent in "almost a dozen", you can just say "ten robbers".

Nancy Grace's Billowing Face Vents: so y'all have never heard of swarming?

why is her story not credible to most of you?

It's because they've never seen it or been the focus of a small gang of teens.  I have, and yes, her story sounds credible to me.  Why, because these kind of attacks never make sense.

Years ago, I was delivering pizza to an address, when these kids popped out from across the street.  It turns out they placed the order, using the other house's address, which was raising a red flag for me.  However, they produced the money and I started to leave.  They decided it was time to try to rob me, which was stupid bad timing on their part because I was in my truck.  So they tried getting me back out by screaming, and throwing stones and bricks at my truck.  My back up lights didn't work, so they had no warning when I scattered them by charging in reverse.  I left the scene so I could call the cops.  Of course the kids were long gone by the time the cops arrived.  But I still got something done about it, when the homeowner of the address found out.  He knew the kids, and dealt with them.

And it isn't fishy to see a group of kids in swimsuits no where near water holes in the south.  It's called they know a renter who doesn't care about the water bill.
