Gecko Gingrich: I hope you're not referring to that socialist-medicine loving Romney.

That was the Beta Romney. They removed the socialist medicine feature in Romney 1.0.

Face it libtards, you had your time and you screwed it up royally. Obamacare is a miserable failure of a system that will be defunded as soon as PAUL Ryan gets into office in 2016, the supreme court is now ruling correctly for the true American Christian people to keep them from having to subsidize your personal abortion lifestyle, and we now have prayer back in Government, thanks to that brave man in Iowa.

Repent, Sinners. Your time is neigh!

Mrbogey: raerae1980: Why would ANYONE vote Republican? Shame in you.

A functioning brain? A memory that exists more than a few years? A fairly decent understanding of politics and history?  A disdain for authoritarian government? Just the top reasons off the top of my head.

Since you don't fit into any of those categories why do you vote Republican?

Enough about why to vote against the Republicans, why vote for them?

moothemagiccow: Yeah it was the democrats that created the department of homeland security and authorized the nsa to listen to your phone calls. I remember it starting right after Obama's inauguration in January 2001.

The NSA's domestic surveillance program actually started back in the 1990's. Yes, the DHS was created under Republicans, but it was fully supported by Democrats, and that agency and the NSA program enjoy wide bipartisan support with objection coming from the more civil libertarian-minded fringes of both parties. And you can pay lip service to how much you don't like it, and maybe you don't, but if you voted for Bush or Obama or most incumbent GOP or DNC candidates for national office in the last decade, you voted for people who actively supported these policies. And maybe you do have a problem with this, but odds are, there are other issues you just decided were more important to you personally than our country becoming a police state. The only civil liberty Democrats defend with every thing they've got any more is abortion and the GOP is useless. Maybe you think abortion is more important. Or healthcare reform. Or both. But they truth is that you don't feel strongly enough about DHS or NSA surveillance to hold the people responsible accountable. You just keep supporting them. So, say it all you want. But, your actions say something else.

Stile4aly: The answer is that Massachusetts Republicans would be considered Democrats in any red state.

If we nominate Coakley, we deserve a Republican governor.
