nickdaisy: My pastor said snakes are the devil's helpers which is why you should shoot em when your out hunting if you see them or if you're just driving and one goes in front of your car you should just run them over because that one tricked Adam out of the garden and snakes can bite and they are dangerous and he said in some churches up in West Virginia they pass snakes around during services to show they have the Lord's blessing but my pastor said we don't need to do that to show The Lord loves us instead we can just give $10 to the new annex building fund and bring our families to next month's fish fry down at the county park and pay the contribution and then the devil's messengers won't bite us.

That's what my pastor said.


It blows my mind that so many Christians actually believe that a snake talked.
