Huh. So that's where they spent the money that they USED to spend on training staff. Interesting.

I just finished four month battle with Sprint. I bought a phone to use for international travel, and was told two days before getting on the plane that the phone didn't work...internationally.

An Customer "service" person told me that "Samsung doesn't work in Asia".

Really.

Also note that Sprint has not shown a quarterly profit since the Nextel merger. Hesse is getting paid millions to lose billions every year he has been there.

As an aside, the sprint retail stores here pissed off my wife so much on their insistence she had to change plans she decided to listen to them, and we changed all our plans to T-Mobile, so we'll be back with sprint in a little while.
