can he even get mountain dew in prison

For some reason, I thought he was in the Supermax or some prison in Florida, not Panama.

He's just pissed he was called a pineapple face while Castro got to blast zombies with Nixon and Kennedy.

He was released from there years ago, then returned to Panama where he was also facing jail time.

Just because something involves a video game does not mean it belongs on the Geek tab. Every geek / nerd I've ever met thinks COD is garbage, and I've been working at a huge video game store for three years now.

To reiterate: COD is not geek, It's bro.

Haven't you heard? With the rise of the Brogrammer, bros and geeks are now the same group.

It's all based on real-world factual after-action reports, recorded news footage, and historical fact.  Suck it, pineapple face.  Notice that he doesn't talk about the smuggling of aircraft parts from South Florida and selling illegal pharmaceuticals to pay for them.

After he was released from the US served his sentence, then sent to France to serve time there, then back to Panama.

You guys need to keep up.

Honest question - excuse my ignorance....

Doesn't he have a similar case as the NCAA athletes looking to get a piece of video game sales that use their likeness (which I personally think sounds like a valid case)?

It's a good question really. He's a historical figure at this point, so it would be like asking the estate of Reagan to allow Ronnie in a movie or game though. Though one could argue people like O.J. Simpson are also historical figures at this point, and even Michael Jordan or Bo Jackson.

So I dunno? Where does one cross that line?

I'd sue too...if someone put me in a festering pile of shiat game like Black Ops 2.

This is why you misspell shiat.

There is a reason people drink Croaka Cola while listening to Somey speakers on a GrayCanine bus.

Who can honestly remember the insipid plot of these post-CoD4 Jerry Bruckheimer farkfests anyway? I couldn't get into the story of any of them because they were so over the top.

Wow. That is farking evil. How can those DEA agents do that and still meet their own gaze in a mirror? I couldn't.

FT linked A: "The lawsuit says the arrangement was in violation of DEA policy since the agency did not get prior approval from prosecutors."

So, it's OK to violate federal law as long as you have an agreement from the prosecutor that you won't be prosecuted? Every employee of every department in our criminal justice system should be sent to prison for a very long time. Down to the janitors (under RICO, every member of a criminal syndicate is guilty of every crime committed by every other member).

not to defend call of duty since i haven't played one in 3 years but... just because something goes mainstream doesn't mean it isn't what it is

if fighting games replaced call of duty as the "bro" game of choice, that doesn't mean only "bros" play fighting games

don't be so insecure
