As for the tipster - Big Steve's returned the favor by offering him a five-burger reward, which Robin Andrikis said he happily accepted.

I'm assuming the tipster has also waived any and all publishing and film rights to the story.  I understand the Sinatra estate was interested in it for "Ocean's 3", a boyhood prequel to the "Ocean's" franchise.
