I did a search for 'bikini' that yielded no results. The site is useless.

Heh, I got mine stuck on a tree Friday. Took two days to get it down. It was about 45 feet in the air.

Threw baseballs at it with no accuracy when throwing up.
Threw a football at it, not enough height.
Tried climbing the tree with an extension ladder, couldn't get close enough an the ladder was tilted and twisted.
Tried 50' of 3/4" PVC pipe but it was too bendy and not enough places to rest it on.
Tried shooting nerf arrows at it, got two of the three arrows stuck in the tree.
Tried attaching string to the arrow to shoot it over the tree branch, too heavy to get up high enough.
Managed to get the arrow over the branch with fishing line, used that to pull a couple pieces of twine and 12 guage wire over the branch. Branch was too stiff to shake it enough, the drone was lodged into the leaves.
Tried having a friend climb the tree to guide the pipe, he couldn't get high enough.

Finally after all that, I did what I should have done in the first place, bought 1.5" PVC pipes, put those together and had my friend help me push it up along the power lines and finally hit the drone enough times it came down. Luckily the pipe slid into one of the propellers so it came right down to me instead of crashing on the ground.

Does the ACLU have an addendum to the photographers rights for drone use?  Not that it should be different, but some guidelines on what to do/say when you get harassed about them would be nice.

I think national parks have banned drone use.  The 4th of July videos prompted a lot of assertions that they were illegal, but no citations to back that up.  Also the new york drone operators that were arrested then released for flying 'aggressively' toward a police helicopter when the police helicopter started following the drone because it was flying near a bridge.

I also recall some sites like am track and around some bridges banning photography of their stuff.  I don't know if those were upheld though.

I'm going to hope that nobody was dumb enough to leave live wires hanging out of the wall in that picture.

When did anything that's remote controlled and flies become a drone?
