It's like a good touch or a bad touch, subby.

But you know you liked it, admit it!

Yep, GIGO-- Garbage In, Garbage Out.

Or, as I put it, if you eat like shiat you're going to feel like shiat.

c2.staticflickr.com

On good days when I'm behaving myself (which is most mornings) for breakfast I have:

--One or two whole eggs scrambled with a bunch of egg whites seasoned with enough hot spices to make it borderline painful.

-- a handful or two of baby spinach leaves or a green pepper

-- fiber supplement so I don't feel like I'm shiatting broken glass when I go #2 later. Getting old sometimes sucks.

-- at least 20 Oz. of water for the fiber

-- shiatloads of vitamins (all the Bs, D3, C, maybe there's a vitamin F or Z in the pile somewhere)

-- 30mg Adderall

-- Aspirin (at first because the Herr Doktor ordered me to, but now to prevent an Adderall headache)

-- a doughnut or some fruit (as a personal reward for choking down the spinach, pills, fiber and chugging the water. I usually have this a few hours later)

According to TFA I should be little Mr. Happy Farking Sunshine, and yet every morning I still have the profound conviction that in order to set the world right  Riche needs to choke a biatch or two.

Maybe I need to start taking Omega 3 capsules again (I stopped when the science changed its mind on it helping prevent heart disease)

Or stop reading the news.

Or both.

What do you other Farkers have for b-fast?

Or you could acknowledge that there was no formal separation between what constitutes measurably good foods and measurably bad ones, and this research is invaluable for anyone who wants to look out for themselves a little better.

By all means, please continue wallowing in ignorance, subby.

Oatz. I'm not ashamed to admit, I originally tried it after /fit/ seemed to be obsessed with the stuff but it's worked out pretty well.

3/4c each milk+water, 1c old-fashioned oats boiled gently for ~5min. Put a handful of raisins and a dash of other dried fruits (Since a 4-oz bag of dried assorted fruits costs as much as a 1 1/2 pound bag of raisins...), one sliced banana, and a bit of brown sugar in after oats are done cooking. Put a few spoonfuls of greek yogurt on top, add some spices (vanilla or almond extract, perhaps cinnamon or nutmeg), stir it together and eat'r'up. A trifle for lunch, then a usually horribly oversized dinner (I eat what most recipes I look up call "two servings") of typically rice or pasta, veggies and lean meat. Try to remember to have a cup or two of water before I leave for work.

Approaching a year of this and a major newfound interest in rock climbing later and it's really paid off. Though honestly, the most important thing I ever did for my fitness was to escape from people who sabotaged every effort I ever made with junk food. Now I have no problem turning my nose up but I'm pretty well convinced that until you've been away from junk long enough to acquaint your tongue with what food should taste like, eating right with pushers around is borderline impossible.

Healthy breakfast for me is a couple scrambled eggs with some black beans and salsa, some wheat toast with butter and no-sugar-added jelly, a few strips of thick-cut bacon, and some fruit. Maybe a coffee with milk and Splenda.

An unhealthy breakfast is a few greasy bags from Dunkin Donuts and a Monster energy.

This is all a scam organized by international kale researchers, under the direction of our "first" lady Michelle (I won't even go into the arrogance of her calling herself "first"). There is not one shred of evidence that what you eat matters to your mood or health, but all the stupid libtards will believe anything that sounds sciencey enough.

Those kale researchers are only in it for the sweet, sweet research grants.

Yeah, it's kind of a farked up situation; rapid-cycling-type-II-manic-depression, PTSD and Panic Syndrome.

I wrestled around powerlifted at 181, 198, 220 and 275.
