Always love it when the preroll ad is three times as long as the actual video.

It is, but not a clean through-and-through.  And it won't stop Gomez from being a tempermental douche (emphasis on the mental part).

\not to throw the thread in a completely different direction, why haven't we had a Segura thread yet?

There really hasn't been much information to talk about, other than his son was sick, was thought to be getting better, then suddenly died.

Soccer players disagree, when they act injured, scream for a stoppage, then jump up and start playing again they should be thrown out of the game.

Gomez doesn't even realize to break it he has to do it towards the small part of the handle.

My childhood idol, Ken Caminiti, had some pretty epic ones.  I love how emotionless he usually was as he did it too.

Well, I can't blame him, he was roided up out of his mind since the early 90's.

Maybe even longer.  I still love the guy.

...I hope one of these days these bat-breakers teleport to Soviet Russia and break their legs from trying this stunt.

/Though that would signal to MLB that the bats might be a bit too hard...

Must be hard not having a starting all star on your team, subby.

Sorry about that.

Needs to be repeated.  They make soccer players look respectable.

What a douchebag, making a little girl cry.

And then he does it again!

What a douchebag!

Because we all know that what really tells you the character of a person is how fast they run around the bases when they hit a home run off of a guy who threw at him.

If it were just one guy and not the whole league who thinks he's a douchebag maybe you would have an argument but since everyone not a brewer fan thinks he's a douche it rendered moot.

Yup, just as I expected. I didn't break any unwritten rules of baseball posting that, did I?

Speaking of Braves Catchers.  Evan Gattis can break a bat just by looking at it.

I understand him being emotional, what with the whole Segura thing and getting housed for the seventh game in a row, but still. It's pretty funny anyway. They made up for it yesterday, though. Carlos Martinez is still getting up to speed as a starter, they haven't taken him much over 80 pitches this year and you can tell he's still not ready for prime time yet.
