Not really worried about the British Royal Family, but can't wait to see what Chuck comes up with next. He has been on a downward trend in the royal consort department.

It's the IB Times; read with a salt mine in mind.

//he won't
/it'd be one too many things and a PR disaster he'd never recover from
/they've led essentially separate lives for years anyway

It will be a sad day when the pop eared twat with no sense of perspective or any idea of how he should act becomes king.

at least if wills dies there is a chance for the sax-coburg-gothas will have their line broken and the ginger bastard might get on the throne.

You watch, if an accident ever happens to wills, harry will die very soon afterward...

He's into butt plugs and spanking. She knows how to get him off. Their marriage is safe.

If William dies, his son is next in line, not Harry. Here's the current order:

1. Charles
2. William
3. George (William's baby son)
4. Harry.

I know, right?  You would think he would have at least gone with the traditional Ascot top hat, like Charles did.

Camilla's hat is pretty.  But I really came here to say that this is a case of finally getting what you think you want and then finding out that you didn't really want this, after all.  Also, when you get everything you want, you don't really want anything

True, but if Wills kicks it early, baby George would need a Regent.  That would probably be Harry since he seems to have grown out of his "stupid years".

Except for the part about them and their friends saying it's a rumour with no basis in fact.

What convinced me this was untrue was the line about the Queen encouraging Charles to divorce her.  No way.  No. WAY.  The Queen did everything in her power to stay out of it the first time - when Diana was mentally unstable and doing her damnedest to bring down the monarchy for good and all, because the marriage was so unhappy.  Does anyone honestly think she's going to get involved with a marriage that's OK enough to appear happy together in public?

Please.

Can't he just put her out to pasture by having her chased by "french" "paparazzi" into a Parisian traffic tunnel? Seemed to work the last time.

So if Wills and his father were to have a run in with "french paparazzi" whilst in a tunnel, then Harry would be "Prince Regent" for the kid until he grows up?

Each day Elizabeth remains Queen makes it less likely Charles will ever ascend to the throne. HRH is 65, now. It's not at all unfathomable he could die without becoming King. Should he ascend much later in life, his reign will be brief, possibly just long enough to create William Prince of Wales.

Nah.

The current order is:

1. Chucky
2. Billy
3. The first President of the Republic of England and Wales - and the first President of the Republic of Scotland.

Actually I've always felt sorry for the poor bastard.  His prominence in the royal family meant that he couldn't marry who he wanted (which was obviously Camilla), and instead had to marry someone "appropriate" for his station (which was Diana).  He didn't love Diana and she didn't love him, and they were clearly not well-matched.

He also got stuck marrying someone who didn't really seem cut out for royal life, but seemed to love the attention. Plus some who felt it was ok to make their marriage fall apart in the most public way possible.

On the other hand his forced marriage falling apart so spectacularly is what made it so his son could actually choose to marry someone he was in love with regardless of her standing.
